Designed and delivered from the ground up by Alistair as Project Director at Make Shift, Hackney Bridge is a mixed-use canalside scheme in East London combining a food hall, workspace, retail and events. He led the tenant curation and leasing strategy that ensured over 80% of tenants came from the local area, a benchmark for how new destinations can be built with, and for, the communities around them.
